Return and Refund Policy – ROMANIA LABAKADE International 

At ROMANIA LABAKADE International , we want to ensure you have the best possible shopping experience. If you are not completely satisfied with our products, you have the right to return them under European Union consumer protection legislation. 

Right of withdrawal 

According to Directive 2011/83/EU, you have the right to withdraw from the contract and return the purchased products, without giving a reason, within 10 calendar days of receiving the products.

How to return our products 

1. Return notification:
  • Notify us of your decision to withdraw within the legal period of 10 days by completing a return request (see Annex 1 ) and sending it to our email address: [email protected]
  • Alternatively, you can use any other clear statement regarding the decision to withdraw.
2. Preparing products for return:
  • Products must be returned in the condition in which you received them, without
    damage or excessive signs of use.
  • Preferably, use the original packaging to prevent damage during transport.
3. Shipping of products:
  • You can opt to pick up the products via our courier (scheduled by ROMANIA LABAKADE International) or return them via a courier service of your choice.
  • If you are using your own service, please ensure you have proof of shipping. The return address will be provided to you upon notification of your request. 
4. Promotional products:
  • If the offer includes free products (e.g. “buy one, get one free”), all products in the offer must be returned.

Refund of the amount paid 

1. Repayment term:
  • We will refund the full amount paid for the products, including standard delivery costs, without undue delay and no later than 10calendar days from the date on which:
  • I have received the returned products or.
  • You have provided proof that they were shipped.
2. Refund method:
  • The refund will be made via the payment method originally used, unless you explicitly request otherwise (e.g. bank transfer).
  • We will not charge additional fees for refunds. 
3. Partial returns:
  • In the event of a partial return of the order, you will bear the direct costs of return shipping.

Special conditions for returns

1. Return deadline:
  • The products must be shipped within 10 calendar days from the date of notification of the withdrawal decision.
2. Product status:
  • Returned products must be in the same condition as they were delivered, with no obvious signs of excessive wear. You are responsible for any diminished value of the products if they are handled in a manner other than that necessary to verify their functionality and features.
3. Exceptions to the right of withdrawal:
  • Customized products or made to consumer specifications.
  • Sealed products that cannot be returned for hygiene or health protection reasons, if the seal has been removed.
