The delivery cost of the products you order is determined based on the weight of the package. 

For normal delivery (24-48 hours):

– price: 30 lei for any delivery (VAT included);

The maximum weight of the package is 30 kg. If the weight of the products ordered by you exceeds this weight, we reserve the right to deliver the products ordered to you in several packages, so that the weight of each package does not exceed 30 kg. But the delivery fee is only 30 lei.

Example: if you ordered products with a total weight of 39 kg, we will send you two packages: one of 30 kg and another of 09 kg, and And your total delivery fee is only 30 lei. Shipping is free* for orders over 800 lei, including VAT. 

All products are delivered in the manufacturer’s original, sealed packaging.

 If you receive a failed delivery notification at the address indicated in the order, it is your responsibility to use the data received to contact the courier and arrange a new delivery.

We do not assume liability for losses that may arise due to delivery delays – if they are caused by circumstances beyond our control or in connection with which we could not take reasonable measures to prevent the delay (such as unavailability of products in manufacturers’ stocks, transport or delivery conditions, cases of force majeure, fortuitous events, etc.).
